Health check-up for veterinarians during IPVS 2008 in Durban, South Africa

Initiated on the occasion of the IPVS 2004 in Hamburg, Germany by congress president Henning Bossow IVD Ltd. picks up his successful idea of an "Open Laboratory" in Durban. On June 23rd, between 10 am and 3 pm, the first 150 congress participants who sign up at the IVD booth will be given the opportunity of a free health check-up.

Blood samples will be collected by trained medical staff tested for antibodies against zoonotic agents

• Brucella
• Influenza
• Chlamydia

Results of this collective serological survey will be presented by the IVD Ltd. to the audience on the last day of congress.
Individual results will be emailed to participants on request.
